COMMISSIONING AND TESTING SPECIALIST

• Develop detailed commissioning and testing plans, procedures, and schedules. • Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including inspections, equipment setup, and system validation. • Conduct functional and performance testing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. • Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning phase, coordinating with design and construction teams to implement corrective actions. • Review and verify technical documentation, including engineering designs, system manuals, and testing specifications. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during all phases of commissioning. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of commissioning and testing results, including reports and certifications. • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to address technical challenges and achieve project objectives. • Train operations and maintenance staff on system functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices. • Provide expert advice on system optimization, energy efficiency, and performance improvements. • Develop startup and shutdown procedures for systems and equipment to ensure seamless operation. • Conduct regular reviews and audits of commissioning processes to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements. • Participate in risk assessments and safety reviews related to commissioning activities. • Stay current on advancements in commissioning technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
