Job Responsibilities • Process and manage customer RMA returns and exchanges • Communicate and liaise with customers to address RMA issues related to returns, warranties, and exchanges • Ensure all RMA returns, exchanges, an warranty claims adhere to established policies and procedures • Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions • Manage internal stock transfer, borrowing & lending • Organize and manage stock orders and return documents Job Requirements • Proven experience in warehouse administration • Diploma or professional qualification in warehouse, supply chain or logistic management • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin • Possess own transportation
