• Assist to review technical designs and aspects of the property development projects undertaken by the business unit and ensure that the projects are carried out in accordance with clients’ requirements while meeting all approved project specifications and budget objectives. • Assist to coordinate feasibility studies and prepare preliminary project schedule (with simple time line) for each project. • Assist in the evaluation, selection and appointment of external consultants and suppliers through feedback on track record and review all relevant consultants’ performance from time to time. • Assist to procure and coordinate the geotechnical studies/survey works before kick-off of design. • Assist to coordinate a team of consultants throughout the planning process, including resolving land matters, developing conceptual, architectural, engineering and detailed designs as well as obtaining approval from the authorities. • Assist in research and development task force for on-going improvement of products; identify, collate and record the lessons learnt from previous projects and develop/incorporate project checklist to avoid recurrence. • Assist to review consultants’ designs and specifications to ensure end product meets intended budget and quality (including checking on sufficiency of information for construction team). • Assist to provide specifications and drawings for Sales & Purchase documents. • Assist in Occupation Permit applications and liaise with authorities to obtain approvals.
