RFID Installer (PART TIME)
Job purpose: Provide quality customer service, maintain good relationship with customers, familiar with the process of registering and installing RFiD and other relevant services
Job Duties:
· Familiarize with the function of RFiD, Touch ‘n Go e-wallet and other components related to them
· Register RFiD accounts for customers
· Install RFiD on the cars
· Use CRM systems to complete the installation and fitment process
· Engage with customers with excellent communication skills
· Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding RFiD and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet (Additional information required according to region allocation)
· Clarify customer complaint and resolve the problem by selecting and explaining best solution available
· Be responsible with stocks on-hand
· Calculate stocks and write daily report using provided system
Skills and Qualifications:
· Entry-level
· No prior experience required
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to provide customer support
· Active listening and able to handle complaint
· Familiar with the usage of phone CamScaner application
· Basic computer Microsoft skills required
· Able to adapt/respond to different types of customers’ characters
· Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
· Have a mindset to always learn and improve both hard skills an soft skills
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM8.00 - RM12.00 per day
