Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Associates for a 6-month contract, with the potential for full-time employment for top performers. This role involves making outbound calls to invite prominent business leaders across Asia to participate in a prestigious awards platform. You will engage with high-profile individuals, ensuring clear, professional communication while achieving set targets.

Key Language Requirements:

Fluency in any of the following languages is highly desirable:

1. Mandarin or Cantonese

2. Vietnamese

3. Thai

(Note: Candidates fluent in multiple languages will have a significant advantage.)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential participants
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
  • Maintain accurate client records in the database
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign success

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Thai (highlighted based on the client region)
  • Prior telemarketing or lead generation experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-oriented
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Open to locals and foreigners with valid Malaysian work visas

This is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur
