2.0 Work Scope :
- Manage all administrator related job
- Take all punch card of worker and make simple summary of hours work and ot, send to account exec
- Positive thinking and open heart for doing any work related to admin
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel software
- Must know how to write proper email and reply email
- HR related job like manage Staff Leave form, attendance, personal information
- Prepare Quotation, Invoice Delivery Order and Purchase Order in AutoCount software instruct by Engineering Manager
- Key in accounting related like receipt, purchase item, salary in AutoCount software
- Have good attitude and person that open and willing to learn new things
- Company have quarterly bonus (April, August) and year end bonus (December), increment at every January
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
