2.0 Work Scope :

  • Manage all administrator related job
  • Take all punch card of worker and make simple summary of hours work and ot, send to account exec
  • Positive thinking and open heart for doing any work related to admin
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel software
  • Must know how to write proper email and reply email
  • HR related job like manage Staff Leave form, attendance, personal information
  • Prepare Quotation, Invoice Delivery Order and Purchase Order in AutoCount software instruct by Engineering Manager
  • Key in accounting related like receipt, purchase item, salary in AutoCount software
  • Have good attitude and person that open and willing to learn new things
  • Company have quarterly bonus (April, August) and year end bonus (December), increment at every January

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
