Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.
- Ensures that all café staff perform duties following outlet policies.
- Supervises all food and beverage service activities in the café, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff to ensure sufficient manpower.
- Keeps up to date standard recipe file for all food and beverage items.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost café reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
