  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Process Associate Korean Speaker (Hiring Open to Non - Native (Local Malaysian)

Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

Nearest to Public Transport (Opposite LRT or KTM Subang Jaya station)

On site, required work from the office

Permanent position

24/7 rotation shift(9hours per day), 5 days rotation working day

Basic: RM9,000 + Additional Allowances will be provided

17th February 2025 Intake

In this position, you'll are required to:

  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Able to converse fluently using Korean and English
  • Possess at least TOPIK4 or above/ Graduate University in Korea
  • Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
  • Working Hours：24/7 rotational shift
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

It would be fantastic if you possess:

  • Six months or more of customer service experience
