- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payments of invoices and collections of receivables.
- Prepare and submit tax returns in line with local regulations.
- Communicate with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Work with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Company staff payroll and claim.
- Support company administration work such as filing,preparing documents and etc.
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Diploma in Accounting, or a related field. An associate's degree in accounting may also be considered.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia .
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes.
- Must be disciplined, responsible, patient, and trustworthy with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Time and schedule sensitive.
