Group Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive business growth and align financial strategy with organizational goals. This role involves partnering with the CEO and Board, leading financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through transformation initiatives

Key responsibilities

• Partner the CEO and board to drive the long term business plan leading towards clear growth and strategic vision
• Align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business
• Lead and manage the finance team ensuring compliance, risk management and proper controls
• Drive strategic transformation projects to increase productivity and efficiency
• Oversees the organisations financial reporting function
• Lead in corporate finance and treasury matters
• Drive business process improvements and commercial decisions

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified CA/CPA with 15 – 20 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector, coupled with significant Asia Pacific exposure.
• Leadership and strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic minded, experienced in corporate and M&A activities.
• This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM35,000.00 - RM38,000.00 per month
