Quality Control:
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all products.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
- Minimize waste through proper storage and usage of ingredients.
Kitchen Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- Passionate about baking and dessert creation.
- Having the ability to making a variety of cakes, such as cheesecakes, sponge cakes. Swiss roll, layered cakes, as well as other patisserie items like tarts, éclairs, and macarons, is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Positive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results.
