Full Set Accounts Executive

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Full Set Accounts Executive to manage the complete accounting cycle for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Process payments and receipts, ensuring accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Handle tax-related tasks such as GST filings and ensure compliance with income tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records and receipts.
• Assist in handling accounts-related queries from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support in audits and other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
