Key Responsibilities
1) Project Coordination:
- Responsible in the strategic planning and implementation of healthcare projects.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Work closely with the other Project Manager to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time.
2) Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams.
- Schedule and attend meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
- Facilitate communication and information flow among project team members and stakeholders.
3) Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports to the Head of Department
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible.
4) Resource Management:
- Assist in the allocation and management of project resources.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they are within budget.
- Track and manage project deliverables using appropriate tools.
5) Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
- Identify and address any issues that may affect the quality of the project outcomes.
6) Risk Management:
- Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and report any changes to the Head of Department.
- Implement risk management processes and procedures as directed.
- Following and respecting the work SOPs practiced within the company throughout work.
- To carry out other works deemed reasonable under this contract.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a non-profit or social enterprise is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
