  • Help maintain a clean and compliant production environment to avoid cross-contamination.

6. Audits and Inspections

  • Assist with internal or external halal audits and inspections.
  • Prepare reports and document findings during halal-related audits.
  • Track and monitor any corrective actions or improvements needed following audit results.

7. Packaging and Labeling

  • Review packaging and labeling of products to ensure that halal certification marks and necessary information are correctly displayed.

8. Compliance with Halal Regulations

  • Monitor changes in halal food regulations and ensure that products are always compliant.
  • Stay up to date on international halal food standards, ensuring compliance with local and global halal requirements.

9. Communication and Liaison

  • Serve as a liaison between various departments (R&D, quality control, procurement, etc.) to ensure halal compliance is maintained.
  • Communicate with halal certification bodies, suppliers, and customers regarding halal concerns or queries.

10. Market Research

  • Assist in researching market trends related to halal products, consumer preferences, and certification processes.
  • Gather insights on competitors and their halal offerings to assist in strategic planning.

11. Reporting and Documentation
