Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Innovation

• Provide expert advice on using machinery creatively across culinary applications.
• Stay updated on food trends to suggest new ideas and develop recipes using company products.

  Customer Engagement

  • Build strong customer relationships with exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to maximize customer value.

    Marketing Collaboration

    • Partner with marketing to create promotional content and strategies.
    • Represent the brand through trade shows, events, and live-stream e-commerce promotions.

      Recipe Development

      • Innovate and test new recipes showcasing machinery capabilities.
      • Share and document recipes for customer use.

        Ad Hoc Tasks

        • Troubleshoot technical issues, support R&D, and assist in managing inventory.
        • Prepare user manuals and step in for team members as needed.
        • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Passion for baking and a genuine interest in culinary arts and food trends.
• Strong knowledge of bakery or culinary arts, with the ability to provide expert advice and innovative ideas.
