- Prepare laminated dough as according to orders & outlet stocks
- Prepare & check all ingredients to be used in baking bread / cakes
- Plan & execute daily task as per schedule
- Take a great care of equipment used in the kitchen for optimum condition.
- Making sure all orders are in good quality as per sop.
- Upgrade knowledge of baking from time to time.
- Update team members of new skills & technique in bread, cakes, pastry making
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Candidate with working experience will be added advantage.
- Certificate or Diploma in Bakery or Pastry
- skills in baking pastries, bread and cakes
- skills in managing small group of bakers is an added advantage
- skills in trouble shooting bread, cakes , pastries
- able to work long hours
- skills & experience to handle & use of baking equipment such as bread mixer, cake mixer, proofer, oven, kitchen tools.
- experience in baking industry is an added advantage
