- Communicating with the Operation and Procurement PIC weekly about the ongoing planning and end of day production activity.
- Provide accurate monthly operation reports to the management team in relation to total quantity of products produce, wastage reports and manpower update.
- Report regularly to management on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, quality standards, and team performance.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Baking, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in baking, with a focus on premium cakes and desserts.
- Proficiency in fondant decorations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
