  • Report regularly to management on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, quality standards, and team performance.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Baking, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in baking, with a focus on premium cakes and desserts.
  • Proficiency in fondant decorations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
