  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and supervise junior admin staff.

  • Coordinate with Store and Operations Departments for stock and shipments.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports for management.

  • Conduct outlet stock checks and ensure compliance
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or senior clerical role.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and reporting is advantageous.
