Job Description: • Provide application support to business users. • Ensure service requests are performed according to support procedures. • Involve in business requirement gathering and documentation. • Conduct system integration testing for new enhancements on existing systems. • Participate in the full system development life cycle. • Provide necessary specifications for new software and systems. • Perform unit testing to ensure developed application has minimal flaws. • Ensure thorough testing and sign-off by the Business unit before moving to production. • Assist in User Acceptance Testing and documentation with the service provider development team and internal testing team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in SQL scripting, particularly on the SQL Server platform. • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Knowledge in SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI, Linux, Jenkins, GitHub (or any CI/CD tools), Oracle, Azure (or any cloud platform), web development, and API integration would be advantageous.
