Qualifications & experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Management, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveyor or a related field Proven experience as an Admin Have knowledge on construction Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally travel to supplier sites. Tasks & responsibilities Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent shortages or excesses. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
