Qualifications & experience  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Management, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveyor or a related field  Proven experience as an Admin  Have knowledge on construction  Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.  Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally travel to supplier sites. Tasks & responsibilities  Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors  Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.  Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency.  Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.  Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent shortages or excesses.  Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.  Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.
