Job Description Assist the manager in managing staff and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity Operational management covers the planning, sorting, weighing, packaging, and loading vegetables according to customer channels. Coordinates with various departments, such as the farm, SDO, Procurement, and Maintenance, to ensure a smooth operations workflow. To pre-alert and work with QA or any other teams in any cases where there is a shortfall in meeting customer requirements. Monitor and control workers packing items in the CPPC to ensure the right packaging and labelling. Implements quality control checks to ensure the packaging meets environmental, health, and safety regulations. Makes sure all the items are delivered in good condition, in the correct quantities, and are the correct products as stated in the delivery orders (D.O). Maintains regular updating of product information in the relevant documentation as per respective deadlines. Performs any other duties assigned by the superior. Requirements and Skills A minimum of a relevant Diploma At least 2 years of working experience in a related field Good communication and good people management Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications Team player, able to work with minimal supervision, and have good leadership qualities. Able to prioritize, multi-task, and handle tasks independently Self-disciplined, proactive, positive attitude, and eager to learn. Possesses own transport.
