Key Activities / Accountabilities "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin Speaker to better serve our Mandarin Speaker-speaking customers” • Develop new business and increase sales volumes within existing customers and potential customers. • Coordinate and manage sales activities such as cold-calling, meeting, presentation and related matter. • Provide technical advice and support to customers in quality assurance for products rendered. • Attend and handle customer’s concerns and liaise with relevant department for solution. • Determine client needs, spec out complex technical systems and ensure pricing meets both company profit margin and client’s budget. • Manage customer expectations from pricing to packaging, act as the primary contact, and negotiate on their behalf. • Increase market share by proactively selling and reaching out to new markets and focused target markets. • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, performance, and technical requirements. • Working out the specifications required to meet a corporation’s needs and creating customized sales proposals. • Involved throughout the delivery and installation process. • Travel required if needed. • Any other task assigned by Management from time to time. Qualification/Experience/Skill Required: • Degree in Sciences /Engineering with minimum 1 year hand on experience. • Diploma or Technical certificate with 3 years related work experience. • Knowledge in sales documentations and costing works. Language Capability : Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English required Working Hours: Mon - Fri from 8.30am to 6.00pm
