ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Manage the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of the financial software. • Must be able to communicate and write in Mandarin due to business nature. • Experience working in a production plant or factory • Handle daily accounting tasks, including preparation of vouchers and ensuring timely, accurate recording of income, costs, and expenses. • Verify various assets, regularly check cash on hand, fixed assets, account reconciliations, and debt collections to ensure consistency between records and actuals. • Ensure timely tax filings in accordance with Malaysian tax policies and plan for reasonable tax strategies. • Verify and regularly audit fixed assets and inventory to ensure accuracy between accounts and actual items.
