F&B CREW (Part Time)

-Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. -Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. -Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. -Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests. -Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. -Prepare the bill for tables when requested. -Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. -Administer change to tables if needed.
