MARINE MANAGER

1. The Marine Manager reports to the Director of Operations related to the ships. He keeps up to date with regulations and legislations relevant to the organisation and the operation of the ship, He then develops and implements the new rules. The Marine Manager monitors ships and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. The Marine Manager gives marine-related inputs and advice to the Vessel Manager and coordinates vessels in and out of organisation management. He also liaises with the Director of Operations and Vessel Manager to achieve annual key performance indicators (KPIs). He monitors whether the organisation follows its risk management procedures. He develops a framework to manage risk in organisation and oversees the implementation of workflow improvements to increase customer satisfaction. 3. The Marine Manager manages and motivates a team of Operation, Technical, Procurement and Crewing. He also has a deep knowledge of the requirements of ships. He is highly motivated to improve marine operations and management of the organisation's ships.
