JopScope : Operator –Printing (Press) •Set up printing machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate plates, inks, and paper. •Operate printing machines to produce high-quality prints, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the print run. •Monitor printing processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards and prevent errors. •Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed. •Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. •Collaborate with other team members, including designers, prepress technicians, and quality control inspectors, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs. •Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. •Keep accurate records of job details, including materials used, production quantities, and any issues encountered during printing. JopScope : Operator –Gravure (Press) •Prepare and set up gravure printing machines for specific print jobs, ensuring correct cylinder selection and inking settings. •Load the printing substrate, such as paper, film, or packaging materials, onto the machine and ensure it is properly aligned andsecured. •Operate the gravure printing machine to produce high-quality printed materials. Monitor the printing process, making adjustmentsas necessary to maintain print quality and consistency. •Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality. Make adjustments to the machine and correct any defects or issues as needed. •Perform routine maintenance on the gravure machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report any significant equipment issues to the maintenance department. •Handle ink changes and cylinder swaps according to job requirements. Ensure proper ink consistency and color matching. •Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work area. •Maintain accurate records of job details, including materials used, production times, and any challenges encountered during the printing process. •Collaborate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and other team members to coordinate production activities and meet deadlines. JopScope : Operator –Die Cut (Post Press) •Assist in the preparation and handling of raw materials for die-cutting, such as paper, cardboard, or plastic. •Ensure that materials are loaded into the machine correctly and in the right alignment. •Work alongside the primary operator (1st operator) and the 2nd operator to help set up and operate the die-cutting machine. •Observe and learn from experienced operators, gaining hands-on experience with the equipment. •Assist in inspecting the die-cut products for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or irregularities to the primary operator or supervisor. •Assist with the organization and management of materials, including loading and unloading of materials into the machine and sorting or stacking finished products. •Support routine maintenance tasks and cleaning of the die-cutting machine to keep it in good working condition. •Report any maintenance issues or machine malfunctions to experienced operators or maintenance personnel. •Adhere to safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe working environment. •Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors or more experienced operators. JopScope : Operator –Folding & Gluing (Post Press) •Inspect the finished products coming out of the folding and gluing machine for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet job specifications. •Ensure that all safety measures are in place and that the machine is in good working condition. •Monitor the machine's performance during the operation. •Identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in the folded and glued materials. •Identify and address any operational issues or machine malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. •Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. •Properly pack and assemble the finished products •Count the finished products to ensure that the correct quantity is packed into each bundle or container. •Conduct daily interval cleaning conveyer after line stop and before start new job. JopScope : Operator –Luxury Paper Products (LPP) •Operate gluing tools to apply adhesives accurately and efficiently in the production of luxury paper products. •Ensure proper setup and adjustment of machines to meet job specifications. •Perform sorting and assembly tasks, organizing components and materials according to job requirements. •Carry out packing processes, including careful placement of finished products into designated packaging materials. •Ensure that packed items meet quality standards and are prepared for shipping or distribution. •Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, examining for defects, ensuring accurate assembly, and confirming adherence to luxury standards. •Report any issues or deviations from quality standards to supervisors. •Safely handle and transport materials and finished products using appropriate equipment and procedures. •Report any machinery malfunctions or issues promptly to the maintenance team. •Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring safe operation of machines and compliance with industry regulations. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including quantity produced, quality checks, and any deviations from standard procedures. •Commit to fostering a 5S-driven environment by consistently throughout daily operations, promoting an organized and efficient workspace.
