JopScope : Operator –Luxury Paper Products (LPP) •Operate gluing tools to apply adhesives accurately and efficiently in the production of luxury paper products. •Ensure proper setup and adjustment of machines to meet job specifications. •Perform sorting and assembly tasks, organizing components and materials according to job requirements. •Carry out packing processes, including careful placement of finished products into designated packaging materials. •Ensure that packed items meet quality standards and are prepared for shipping or distribution. •Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, examining for defects, ensuring accurate assembly, and confirming adherence to luxury standards. •Report any issues or deviations from quality standards to supervisors. •Safely handle and transport materials and finished products using appropriate equipment and procedures. •Report any machinery malfunctions or issues promptly to the maintenance team. •Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring safe operation of machines and compliance with industry regulations. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including quantity produced, quality checks, and any deviations from standard procedures. •Commit to fostering a 5S-driven environment by consistently throughout daily operations, promoting an organized and efficient workspace.
