QA/QC ENGINEER(CIVIL)

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and testing methodologies specific to construction projects. Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Conduct routine inspections and audits on construction activities, materials, and equipment. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records. Submit regular quality reports to project stakeholders and recommend necessary corrective actions. Material Inspection Inspect and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications before usage. Coordinate with suppliers and third-party laboratories for material testing and certification. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the project team, contractors, and consultants to address and resolve quality-related issues. Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international construction standards. Non-Conformance Management Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive measures to eliminate reoccurrence. Review and approve method statements and work procedures to ensure quality standards are incorporated.
