Objective:

You plays a crucial role in supporting various functions within the organization, including account, banking and administration. This position involves providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of business processes across different departments.

Responsible:

  • Follow up and cross-check customer, supplier and others billing status.
  • Assist in managing accounting system and bank accounts, transactions, reconciliations and etc.
  • Assist in audit & tax processes by preparing documentation and gathering relevant information.
  • Create and maintain hardcopy or softcopy of documents, categorizing them according to predefined criteria.

Requirements:

  • Embracing the core values of communication, open-minded, and teamwork.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Possess a diploma or equivalent or above qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
