Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for growth: Leverage data to pinpoint areas for improvement across clients acquisition, retention, and upselling, ensuring growth across all segments and industries.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies: Create plans that increase revenue and expand our clients base, ensuring that each initiative aligns with corporate goals.
  • Optimize the customer experience: Focus on creating seamless, impactful experiences that drive clients acquisition, retention, and upselling. Your efforts will directly influence clients satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Align with company objectives: Ensure all growth-related activities are consistent with ChatDaddy’s corporate vision and goals.
  • Own the full sales process: From prospecting to closing, you will lead the sales cycle, ensuring all opportunities are maximized for success.
  • Build lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers across various industries, providing them with solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience: At least 1 year in sales, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech industries. Strong background in upselling and cross-selling is a bonus.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and drive growth.
  • Proficiency with tools: Comfortable with basic productivity tools like Gmail, spreadsheets, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with Zoom or similar tools for client communication.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented: Able to work independently while staying aligned with broader company goals.
