ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned area.
- To maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
- To actively visit retail outlets and work on improvement plans to improve customer experience and operation efficiency.
- To make sure retail stores execute all the promotion mechanics effectively and well stock throughout the promotion period.
- To perform store visit to ensure excellent execution of the promotion.
- To conduct audit check using store visit checklist and provide feedback and suggestion to store in charge and follow up.
- To working closely with the store in charge on the challenges and offer encouragement or recommendation for improvement (if any).
- To develop processes for location and individual performance.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years’ Managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Have good leadership skills and able to work independently/team.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Incentive and commissions available upon confirmation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
