IMMEDIATE VACANCY – ADMIN CUM HR OFFICER

Join our dynamic team as an Admin cum HR Officer and become a key contributor to our office's efficiency and success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while supporting our operations in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Maintain and update office files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments and branches
  • Office Management:
  • Ensure the office is properly maintained and organized.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and services.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • To make sure office/Company is comply with regulations
  • Communication:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
  • Facilitate internal communications between departments.
  • Handle mail distribution and courier services.
  • HR Support:
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including document preparation.
  • Maintain employee attendance, Claims and leave records (Preferable with HR Systems – Infotech)
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, HRDCorp, training provider and ensure legal compliance.
  • Purchasing Admin for office supplies, equipment and repairs:
  • Assist with quotation, invoicing, PO,
  • Liase with suppliers and vendors

  • Must have a diploma or degree in Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a collaborative mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
