  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Payroll & Administrative Executive (Juru, Penang)

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate issuance.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including handling government-related matters and liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Perform credit checks and follow up with customers who have outstanding payments.
  • Provide support in organizing and maintaining company documentation and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and external communications.
  • Assist the Director with ad-hoc assignments and ensure seamless execution of delegated responsibilities.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage).
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and Malaysian labor laws is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High reliability and discretion; able to handle sensitive matters and act on behalf of the Director when required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
