Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
- Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help gather feedback from employees through surveys and informal discussions.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and management.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support departmental initiatives.
QualificationsEducation
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates may also be considered.
Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
