Account Assistant Cum HR
Assist Account Department in the area of AR, AP and General Accounting activities for the group of company
Carry out general administration and daily operation in the office
Documentation filling, data entry and general paperwork
Prepare documentation such as invoice, DO, PO or other necessary sales documents to customer and supplier
Review staffs and director expenses and make reimbursements
Assist in production productivity data charting
Assist in incoming goods receive and delivery records and documentation
Support in ISO 9001:2015 audit, upleep and maintain all necessary documents
Assist and support the executive and the management whenever deem fit, in all areas.
Monitoring Staff attendance & Claims
Support HR roles as when needed for example Recruitment, Training and etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,132.40 per month
