Reporting : HR Manager

Roles & Responsibility

  • Responsible for general HR & Office administration tasks including handling of HR vendors
  • To handle full cycle of recruitment, job posting, schedule job interview for shortlisted candidates, handling walk-in candidate and perform reference check for all applicants
  • Manages and coordinate the New Employee Pre-Arrival Arrangement & Orientation programme.
  • To execute and monitor HR policies and procedures compliances for all employees
  • To identify, coordinate and organize necessary training and development programs for employees.
  • To assist monthly payroll of employees; review timesheet data and supporting documents, and update information with discretion and a high level of confidentiality
  • To assist HR Manager to liaise if needed with government statutory bodies (EPF/SOCSO/LHDN/JTK) for legal & administrative requirements when necessary.
  • Assisting superior in the management of occupational safety and health as OSH Coordinator
  • Assist in handling employee’s complaints of Employees including foreign workers from time to time.
  • Responsible for vetting through supporting documents for monthly payroll
  • To perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested eg. Domestic Inquiry and other ad hoc project by Management
  • To plan and organize employee engagement activities and CSR events under HR Manager supervision
  • To manage and arrange HR office regular maintenance and cleaning service
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duty assigned when require
  • Undertake any other duties as instructed by superior or Management from time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Preferably with experience in hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
