Job Description

• Position Title: HR Executive
• Working Location: Hougang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus (At least 1 month)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processes, including CPF submission, self-contribution, and SDL.
• Manage income tax submissions (IR8A & IR21).
• Oversee application and renewal of work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permits), Core Trade & Safety courses, and company insurance.
• Manpower management: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing and explaining recruitment appointment letters, coordinating onboarding, arranging training, liaising with candidates’ superiors, conducting exit interviews, and managing offboarding.

• Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 1 year of related working experience.
