Key Responsibilities:
  • Mandarin speaking.
Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure necessary resources are available for staff.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and direct them appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management as needed.
  • Packing of incoming and outgoing cases, organize riders to deliver/collect case.
  • Maintained up to date schedule of the cases.
  • Communicate with doctors, about cases.
  • Update accounts transactions into SQL database.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL accounting software.
