Junior Art Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Art Director to join our fun and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling campaigns. As a Junior Art Director, you will work very closely with the Creative Director Director, content team, and other team members to develop innovative ideas and execute design solutions across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Development
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute ideas for campaigns, advertisements, and branding projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Design Execution
• Develop designs and layouts for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Work on a variety of projects, including websites, email campaigns, banners, packaging, and more.
• Project Collaboration
• Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
• Quality Assurance
• Review and refine designs to ensure high-quality output.
• Make revisions based on feedback from senior team members and clients.
• Trend Analysis and Inspiration
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Bring fresh inspiration and ideas to the team regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a design or creative role (Agency Background Preferred)
• Experience in leading design projects either by yourself or even better a team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
