POSITION - ACCOUNTS CUM HR ASSISTANT
LOCATION - BUKIT KEMUNING, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 2500-3000
1. Handle basic Account Payable and Account Receivable.
2. Prepare payments and related accounting work jobs.
3. Perform daily account transaction, filling, monthly bank reconciliation, claim & etc
4. Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly
before prepare payments to supplies and staff commission & claims.
5. Handling HR Department, payroll using HR2000 system, recruitment and training.
6. To ensure accurately and timely process of payroll and ensuring allowances and
deductions are calculated.
7. To ensure all of the payment of statutory is on time and liaise with Income Tax,
EPF, SOCSO department as and when is required.
8. Handling in recruitment of workers and training.
9. Assist in foreign worker permit renewal using EPLKS and Fomema.
10. Organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized
filling.
11. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working
and properly maintained.
12. Leave & medical management.
13. Perform other ad hoc assignment as and when required.
