JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • To manage administration duties of office premises, utilities, handling all the paperwork and filing.
  • Recording and updating databases.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Supporting the reception desk.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • Ad-hoc task from Warehouse.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and monitoring deliveries .
  • Maintaining and updating inventory records, processing stock adjustments, and monitoring discrepancies.
  • Monday to Saturday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ O Level in Others and/or professional qualification.
  • At least have a experience with 1 year.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Exel, Power Point).
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates should be Malaysians citizen.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
