JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To manage administration duties of office premises, utilities, handling all the paperwork and filing.
- Recording and updating databases.
- Photocopying and scanning documents.
- Supporting the reception desk.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Ad-hoc task from Warehouse.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and monitoring deliveries .
- Maintaining and updating inventory records, processing stock adjustments, and monitoring discrepancies.
- Monday to Saturday.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ O Level in Others and/or professional qualification.
- At least have a experience with 1 year.
- Good communications skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Exel, Power Point).
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates should be Malaysians citizen.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
