  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze sales and operational data.
  • Develop actionable insights from POS system data to support decision-making.
  • Present findings through clear and concise reports for management.
  • Operational Data Support
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline and improve workflows.
  • Provide data-driven solutions to enhance day-to-day business operations.
  • Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of POS systems.
  • Outstation Support
  • Occasionally travel to support outstation operations and provide on-ground insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a bonus.
  • Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
  • Education & Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data or operations roles.
