- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payrolls.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Monitor staff attendance, staff claims, staff leaves, and overtime.
- Manage HR Administrative duties in area of preparation of all HR related letters such as offer letter, show cause letter, acceptance of resignation letter, confirmation letter, maintain proper filing system and etc.
- Search, register, or conduct relevant training for particular staff or department.
- Upgrades and implements an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, and procedures, improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes.
- Establishes policies that promote positive company culture and vision.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
- Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavors to fulfil and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Secretarial or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate who excellent in speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage due to various business nature.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
