Digital Marketing Intern

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee our social media channels to promote and highlight our dynamic company culture.
• Develop visually appealing and engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) to showcase why our company is a fantastic place to work.
• Work closely with the HR team to share inspiring employee success stories and valuable insights.
• Track and analyze social media engagement to expand our online visibility and community.
• Support the planning and execution of exciting employer branding events and initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar fields.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, including areas like SEO, social media, content creation, and email campaigns.
• Experience or familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms, email marketing software) is advantageous.
• Basic skills in graphic design or proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to craft engaging content tailored for digital audiences.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting, with an ability to derive insights and recommendations.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
