Responsibilities

  • Manage staff recruitment including (advertising, shortlisting, interview arranging, on-boarding) and employment matter.
  • Responsible for Onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Employee Training and Development, implement TNA and ensure the training activities implemented according to yearly plan.
  • Responsible for creating and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
  • Update employee's attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
  • Other adhoc tasks if any.

Requirement

  • Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
