  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

Purpose of this position is to improve patient experience. FLO B2C will play a vital role in managing business to customer (patient) financial operations in the department.

FLO B2C primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with our patient, to ensure seamless financial transactions and effective communication. FLO B2C will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Specialists, Finance & Operations team to facilitate smooth flow of financial information, resolve any issues & drive financial growth for the hospital.

Besides that, FLO B2B will focus on assisting patient in giving financial aid information and assisting patient with the documentation preparation for claim purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Health insurance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
