Job Responsibilities
1) Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing and update of employee employment status of Officer category.
2) Handle employee's attendance records, leave records and overtime records.
3) Prepare offer letters for new joiners, salary adjustment letter and update employee profile into payroll system of Officer category.
4) Handle data entry for new joiner, staff promotion, salary adjustment, resignation in all related HR Systems of Officer category.
5) Monitor and manage subordinates’ daily task.
6) Develop, oversee & improvise local recruitment process.
7) Perform yearly employee information update program.
8) Update and maintain of employee’s training record & filling.
9) Responsible to conduct TNA, prepare annual training plan and develop competency assessment system.
10) Manage training HRD fund apply and claim.
11) Monitor the cleanliness of office equipment/facilities and common areas.
12) Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in HR or related field
- Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Handling labour matters and knowledge on Employment Act & HR Policies
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- HR certification is preferred
- 2+ years in HR management, migrant worker affairs, and employee relations
