Job Summary

Responsible for the maintenance of all secretarial records and ensuring compliance with the various regulatory bodies and authorities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation of resolutions and other corporate secretarial documents
  • To assist the Company Secretary in preparing and organizing Board and Members’ meetings
  • To assist in the preparation of Annual Report and Circulars to shareholders of the Company
  • To assist in preparing of pre and post meetings of the Board of Directors
  • To assist in drafting of announcements and semi annual return for submission to Bursa Malaysia
  • To handle general administrative duties related to company secretarial functions
  • Maintain and update statutory records including company registers, resolutions, minutes and returns in compliance to Companies Act 2016
  • To ensure compliance with Companies Act, Bursa Listing Requirements, and other relevant legislations
  • To attend ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Administration
  • Currently pursuing ICSA qualification / graduate or its equivalent
  • Minimum two years' working experience in similar role preferrably with PLC exposure
  • Candidate is preferred to have at least 2 years’ experience in administrative roles and candidate with ICSA qualification/ICS students/graduate or its equivalent will be an added advantage
  • Well versed in Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, CCM and other regulatory acts, laws and guidelines
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
