Senior Executive, Maintenance Technician
Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To support centre kitchen and outlets on M&E system maintenance and repair
· To carry out general maintenance activities for restaurants that include facilities upkeep, routine service of chiller, freezer, aircon, kitchen equipment etc
· To liaise with third party contractors for all routine maintenance and upkeep issues or as and when required
· To perform routine preventive maintenance measures in restaurants
· To troubleshoot power failure, drainage issue and equipment breakdown
· To conduct periodic quality checks on electrical items, equipment, and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
· Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate possess at least SPM or relevant cert
· Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical and electrical trouble shooting.
· Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin. Others spoken language would be value added
· Discipline and self-motivator
· Able to work independently and lead a team
· Candidates that can join in immediately will be added advantage
· Familiar with F&B equipment and M&E services will be an advantage
