Human Resource Duties
- Organise and attend recruitment initiatives for Full Time and Part Time position for Retail with quality candidates.
- Supporting new employees for Retail, i.e., conduct induction session and ensure the required employee facilities are provided to them
- Assist the line manager in ensuring that personal files for new joiner and existing employees are maintained and updated.
- Support employee engagement activities/official events preparation, i.e. Townhall Meeting, Lunch & Learn, Employee Training, Naelofar Njoyment Club activities, etc.
- Prepare the documentation for Employee Medical Insurance (Yearly Renewal), i.e. employee listing, insurance utilisation report and insurance forms.
- Assist the line manager on the medical insurance benefit administration, i.e. prepare listing for new employees (for new inclusion) and leavers (for termination) on monthly basis.
- Assist the line manager and colleague on the effective utilisation on the HRIS system in term of managing employee information, payroll and leave.
- Assist the line manager on the employee claims administration for employee benefits and expenses via People Portal, i.e. claims rejected due to wrong attachment/document or cost centre or description, etc. Follow up with the employees to submit the correct attachment/document or amend to the correct cost centre or description, etc.
- Assist the line manager and colleague on the payroll processing administration on monthly basis including follow up with new staff for opening of CIMB bank account.
- Assist the line manager on the Safety and Health matters and/or issues for all employees
- Assist the line manager in ensuring execution of the employee exit process, i.e., exit interview and manage the departure checklist.
Office Administration Duties
- Assist the line manager and colleague on the general office maintenance including Coway servicing, Fujixerox servicing/pantry administration/ meeting room refreshments
- Upkeep of office (Office supplies, including office maintenance)
- Manage stationeries (Inventory, Management and Distribution)
- Dealing with third party vendors (Contractors/ technician/ Government bodies (i.e.: Majlis Perbandaran)/ TM (i.e: Unifi) etc)
