We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager – Finance to lead group-level finance operations at our client's headquarters and oversee three other plants. This role is a successor position for the Finance Director, offering a dynamic opportunity to work with a large team of 40-45 professionals within a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide financial oversight and strategic direction at the group level, encompassing HQ and 3 other plants.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial initiatives and optimize financial performance.
Group Finance Operations:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of group finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements for a listed company.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 40-45 finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Support talent development and succession planning within the finance team.
Audit and Compliance:
- Maintain relationships with external audit firms and ensure adherence to audit and tax requirements.
- Drive internal controls and continuous improvement of financial processes and policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and present financial updates to the board and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.00 or above.
- ACCA qualification preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong group finance operations background, preferably with prior experience in audit firms.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.00 or above.
